Planet Turbine.com is your complete middle-market energy consultant.

Our kits are truly streamlined and sexy.  The days of ugly renewable energy resources are over with the introduction of our engineering concepts.  And...We believe that the customer SHOULD be able to decide how to invest their money in this great technology.

We install mid-sized mono-poles (single poles), using NO unsightly guy wires.

We believe in 3 (or more) things:

1.  That your turbine should be able to produce energy to reduce or eliminate your dependence on the electric utility.

2.  That your turbine should not be unsightly like most pictures you'll see today in the papers and online.  You should not have to distort your landscape with something that is visually out of place for the local environment.

3.  That you have heard enough about 'blade flicker'.  "Of shorter towers maketh of good neighbors".  It surprises most people that some wind proponents claim to want what is good for the environment, yet bad for relationships.  Shorter and handsome towers will do two things very well; produce plenty of energy, and still get you invited to the local block parties.

4.  That guy wires are unsightly.  They are hazardous, and a danger to humans and wildlife, running through them in low light conditions.  They require a great amount of care and maintenance.  If they go, your tower goes, and so does your turbine.  We use the same concepts in towers as does your utility.  Stocky, but single monopole towers that require no guy wires to stay standing.

5.  That Your turbine should Pay for itself.  Period!

Before you proceed with any other equipment from any other company, consider this: We are experienced energy consultants.  Ask the following questions of any other company and/or government agency that you may have considered.

1.  Did the other guy/agency/company, dictate to you the height of your turbine tower, or else they would not do the project and/or refuse partial funding?

(We won't!  We at Planet Turbine.com believe that the customer should have the final choice in where to locate the turbine and how high it should go.  We believe that a harmony of wind optimization and aesthetics with the local geography and environment, are far more important than an ugly and unsightly turbine project.  If you can be GREEN and a good neighbor, then going green will not be a four letter word to the general public.)

2.  Does your company have experience with installing towers?  If so how high, and for how many years?

(We do.  We have over 26 years of tower erection experience for towers up to 150')

3.  Does the other company have experience with wind-load factors under all wind-stress conditions?

(We do.  We have 26 years of experience under all types of wind factors from tornadoes, hurricanes, and wind gusts, to local micro-wind environments.)

4.  Do the other guys have experience with cranes and crane erection services?  Do they understand safe crane placement, OSHA standards, and local hazards at the site?  For how long and how many times?

(We do.  We have experienced all levels of crane operation, and have successfully made observations of all local installation hazards such as; existing power lines, weight load lifting, crane placement, underground pipes, and ground conditions.  We have over 750 tower erection experiences going back 26 years.)

5.  Does the agency you are receiving advice from know the experience levels of the subcontractors they are recommending for your installation?  Have they worked with them before, and are they competent from an experience perspective, and not just from book learning or installation manuals?

(We have.  We handle all aspects of the installation process with trained and experienced staff employees and subs.  In fact, with over 25 years of experience under our belt with our safety processes, we can ensure excellence throughout the entire process.  Our staff has extensive classroom and field training, with over 25 years of experience to our credit.)

6.  Does your installer understand the construction processes required for a competent installation, or did they just take a 4 week course on wind energy technology, and are hoping for the best?

(We understand all aspects of the construction process for towers and buried cable installations.  We know what type of concrete to use, how to dig, and what sub-grade hazards to look for before we start.  Our processes and project timelines are designed to provide competent and safe installations to humans, wildlife, and property.)

7.  Do the other guys understand your geology conditions in helping to propose the turbine location on your property?  Do they understand geologic issues that will occur over time in different soil conditions?  Do they understand the correlation between the foundation size, wind loads, and ground compaction?

(We do! With 25 years of dealing with various soil conditions, rock layers, high water tables, and recent fill compaction rates; We know how to place your turbine on your property, to give you the same below ground quality installation, that the giant million dollar projects receive.  You'll receive a totally professional installation on a micro scale.)

8.  Have you asked if you have to finish your project yourself, and get it working yourself, providing energy back to you?  Do you know if you have to contact the local utility yourself, fill out your own complicated paperwork, or find all the sub-contractors yourself to get the project done?

(We will do that ALL for you!  Once you decide to place your order with us, we do everything: fill out paperwork, mail in the legal forms, follow-up with the powers that be, and basically do everything we can think of to complete this project without you using your valuable time and energy.)

9.  Have the other guys made any attempt to help lower your overall energy consumption, or are they just trying to sell turbines?

(We will advise you with our other energy savings ideas, on how to immediately lower your energy consumption with our LED line of Lighting.  Our BULKLIGHTS.COM LED lighting division, will save you up to 90% on your current energy consumption, and free up valuable funds to help you cut back on your overall expenses.  We will offer to review your energy bills to show you what few people really know...how to save money!)

Finally:

(and again)Did the other guy agency/company, dictate to you the height of your turbine tower, or else they would not do the project and/or refuse partial funding?
